From the start, Keough Electric has been in the design-build business. We will work with your staff to assess your project’s requirements, and develop preliminary designs and budgets. As the design-build process moves forward, sealed construction documents and firm pricing will be provided.

We can also provide a team to cover all aspects of a project, including architectural design, general construction, mechanical and plumbing design and construction.

Design-build projects involve having your contractor design, plan, schedule and execute all aspects of the job. As part of the design-build process, electrical contractors are responsible for providing specific services in order to ensure that your project is completed safely and efficiently. In this article we’ll discuss the key elements involved in a quality design-build effort with an electrical contractor. As part of this, we provide the following:

•  In-House Electrical Design
• CAD Drawings – from concept to final design through to implementation.
• Professional Engineer (PE) on staff – Required when drawings are to be sealed for permitting.
